Wadi Organic brand, was first launched in 2006 to provide consumers with quality, natural, healthy food. Wadi food has more than 2000 acres of fully certified olive groves, vegetables and fruits enabling it to produce a range of organic products under its Wadi Organic product line. Olives and olive oil products are certified for compliance with the European Union regulations, confirming its organic origin. This means that Wadi olive groves and vineyards on reclaimed land are certified organic plantations by BCS OKO, Germany - Certification BCS OKO EU 2092/91 - NOP.

What is organic farming?
Organic food production is a holistic system which promotes and enhances agro-ecosystem health, including bio diversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. According to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) organic farming avoids the use of most synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, sewer sludge fertilizers, genetic engineering, growth hormones, irradiation, antibiotics, artificial ingredients.
Why go organic?
Reduced health risk : Organic food reduces the exposure to toxins, artificial additives found in conventional food. These toxins include pesticides, many of which have been classified as potential cancer-causing agents. They also include heavy metals such as lead and mercury, and solvents like benzene and toluene.
